FVTC instructor honored

From postcrescent.com: “What’s news” — GRAND CHUTE — Chef Gary Lyons, an instructor in Fox Valley Technical College’s Culinary Arts program, has been named recipient of the 2011 Wisconsin Restaurant Association Salute to Excellence College Educator Award. Lyons earned this honor for his exceptional dedication to food service education and commitment to the restaurant industry. Founded in 1933, the WRA is a not-for-profit trade association dedicated to the food service industry.
