Information on Energy Efficiency Technician Program

From Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College: “Energy Efficiency Technician Program”— Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College-Superior will host a free informational open house and hands-on demonstration of industry tools for those interested in a career as an Energy Efficiency Technician.

The Energy Efficiency Technician program was introduced at WITC-Superior last year to specifically address the need for specialists to evaluate the energy demands of residential and commercial facilities.

When:  Tuesday, July 12, 5 to 7 p.m.

Where:  WITC-Superior Campus – 600 N. 21st Street – Superior, WI 54880

Details:  Event goers will have an opportunity to meet the instructor, learn more about the program, visit with current EET program students, try some of the equipment used by a technician in the field, learn about job opportunities and ask questions.

The second hour, participants can get one-on-one time with the instructor and assistance with financial aid and registration if they are interested in enrolling in the program.
